Joinery /Building   $121.00 / hour
Trade Assistant   $99.00 / hour
Carpenter $130.00 / hour
Labourer   $80.00 / hour
Call out fee $90.00

Travel (vehicle only) $0.97/ km (additional to labour rates)

Clients are granted a 7 day account on the completion of services provided by Stimson Plumbing & Building Maintenance. Overdue fees may occur if full payment is not provided by the end of the 7 day term as stated on the invoice. This includes a $40/month account keeping fee & 18% per annum compounding monthly fee. 

I agree & have been advised of the above charges and do hereby engage Stimson Plumbing & Building Maintenance on their hourly rate & accept addition circumstantial charges that may be added / that are required to carry out current & future works requested by myself, the signing client. This includes the hourly labour, materials, call out fees, additional trades, administration fees & equipment used to complete the requested work. I hereby state that the above details provided are correct & current. I accept to pay for the charges as stated above in association to the completed works requested & that will be stated on invoices supplied by Stimson Plumbing & Building Maintenance. I give permission for all information provided to be transferred to Freestyle Cabinets if required. I give permission for any social media or advertisement content to be captured on my property at the time of attendance, or I will contact Stimson Plumbing & Building Maintenance directly in written form to revoke this permission.
